Hi - I am led to believe that a Ralph Eddowes Garrod (1908 - 1964) was once Mayor of Winchelsea. I am trying to find anyone who knows of his relatives or friends who can help me (directly or indirectly) to trace his great granddaughter Francesca Hooper. Francesca may have much information on her Grandmother, a Daphne Cruickshank/Garrod/Butcher who was the wife of a Pilot whose aircraft crash I am researching.
