Did you see The Observer "Escape Guide" last Sunday? 50 Fabulous things to do this Spring in Britain. On the food and drink trail at No 14 The cream teas, crab dishes and meringues at The Tea Tree in Winchelsea East Sussex. In reply to an earlier question we are open every day throughout the Easter Weekend. We only close on Tuesdays.

We have all new menus which feature the best of in season local, organic and free range produce together with our home-made cakes, scones, meringues etc. We look forward to seeing customers old and new. The A259 Rye To Hastings is now open to traffic with the repairs completed to Ferry Hill Winchelsea. Turn left past the Strand Guest House to visit the centre of this delightful Ancient Town. Stop for Lunch or Tea!
